View Slack data collection job details

You can view the progress of an Slack data collection job in the Jobs Overview page. When the Job Status indicator reaches 100%, you can view the details of this job.

Perform the following procedure to view details of an Slack data collection job.

1. In the Main Menu, select Overview.
2. Click Jobs Overview.

3. In Jobs Overview, select the Job Name for a Source that displays Slack.

4. View the job details in the Collection Information dialog box.
Table details

Each Slack data collection job shows the following information.

Submitted By	The user who submitted the job.
Submitted Time	The date and time the job was submitted.
Custodian	The name of the custodian.
Source	Slack.
Slack Folder	Slack folder name.
Data Types	Data types you selected in the Data to Include field.
Date Range for Messages	The date range provided when collecting the messages.
Group Message By	Group Messages By option selected: Day, Week, or Month.
File Count	Number of files collected.
File Size	Size of the collected documents.
Job Id	Job identification number.

5. When you finish reviewing the Slack data collection job, click Close.
